Classes begin
Well, I realize I haven't posted much so far. I also realize that I will probably come to hate blogs very quickly. They are more trouble than they are worth, in my opinion, but I know certain people in other areas of the country that would start bugging me about what I am doing if I didn't blog. Of course, you know who you are, dear Mother.
I went to my first History class today. I had to get up at 8:15, which was a killer. :) I can see that I'll have to get to bed earlier or something. And, wouldn't you know it, but two upperclassmen that I know in my dorm are in that class too. That makes it somewhat better.
On the more technical side, I've been having trouble getting Kubuntu onto the network here. But I'm not giving up and using Windows all the time. Besides, programming and modelling are just a lot more fun in Linux.
Last night, members of the Shadow Council invited me out for dinner and more. We had a pretty good time, and somebody scrounged up a calc for me. Some of us also saw a movie, Double Indemnity, which I thought was somewhat idiotic and boring. Nonetheless, it was interesting enough to hold my attention for a while. I sure don't see what Wheeler saw in it though...

Well Jason, if you get bored of normal blog posts, remember you can always promote the advantages of Linux. But don´t worry, you aren´t boring your audience!
See, Wheeler likes all those dark movies. It's probably a Guatemalan thing.....I don't know.
Anyways, you can rest assured that I would never, NEVER pry into your daily life at college in any way...
